At the heart of the care we provide at Ashville Court is our compassionate team made up of the manager, care staff and members of our wider support team such as catering, housekeeping, lifestyles and admin.

Led by our dedicated home manager Wendy all of our team members are carefully chosen for their values and unwavering dedication to caring for our residents with tenderness, kindness and respect.

Our focus on creating a wonderful home in which to live and work means we are able to retain the very best team members, and ensure we value the contribution they make, each and every day. Without ever using agency staff.

This helps us to provide consistency for residents and exceptional care, through people who value the same things we do, receive ongoing training, support and recognition and are skilled and confident – understanding each individual resident, who they are and what they need to lead happy and fulfilling lives.

This compassionate approach is also extended to people looking for care for a loved one, as well as our residents’ families, helping and supporting them through what can be a very emotional time.
